Legal Question in Banking Law in

My father was died in 2006 and had a loan of rs 700000/- from idbi bank ,they filed suit against all our brothers & sisters in court.the result is pending now but befot it i setteld the matter with md of idbi in their camp and paid amount of rs 550000/- under settelment period .now they are not issuing no dues certificate with clear title, what can i do please suggest,

send a complaint to Banking Ombudsman, if you do not get any redress by addressing a demand letter to Chairman of IDBI to hand over the title deeds and also NOC
