Legal Question in Banking Law in India
My father died and his saving account in allahabad bank.and my mother is alive but but no nominee in my father account.how my mother get the money.

Dear Sir / Madam,
If your father has left behind his Will, the fact that the balance lying in his Bank should belong to your mother, may have been mentioned in his Will. You can also submit other documentary evidence like Passport etc, to the Bank as proof of your mother being the deceased's wife. Lastly, you may obtain a Succession Certificate from the Court and submit the same to the Bank.
