Legal Question in Banking Law in India
My father had a FD in escort finance around 1999.
He passed away in feb2002.
But before we could claim it, company went in trouble and legal case started in high court.
Now after 15 years , they are asking that we can claim the maturity amount.
But we have lost all documents related to FD.
How to claim the FD now?

Dear Madam / Sir,
You may rely on the Court ruling(s) from time to time and act accordingly. You may simultaneously file a writ petition for release of your deceased father's Fixed Deposit (FD) proceeds in your name copying a same to the concerned Arbitrator / Ombudsman of the Company.
Regards,
