Legal Question in Banking Law in Bangladesh
My father was a grantor bank loan of my brother. My father died last year. Now bank notice to us that we are the liable for the loan. what can i do now. we are one brother and three sister.

if your fathers guarantee was a personal guarantee, that ended up with your fathers death. you will not be liable in that case. if there is any mortgage from your father, bank may take that mortgaged property even after his death.
