Legal Question in Banking Law in India

How to find a 25 years old bank locker'ditail if i know only name of loker's hirie n no....before 25 years hirie was dead.i was nominy.but some one my dplicate gon n opened that locker n forged all.now what can i do to find my name in bank record.pl advice.thx.

Dear Sir / Madam,

Only the authorized holder(s) of the bank locker is / are permitted to operate the locker. Although you were a nominee, your name must figure on the list of holders in the bank record or in the corresponding savings / current A/c in the bank. Only then, can you pursue appropriate action for valuables missing from the locker.
