Legal Question in Banking Law in
What is the way forward for cheque bounce ,one party has given the cheque and it igas bounced .He not ready to pay the amount.Pl suggest a legal action againist him.

Send him a legal notice within 30 days from the date it bounced. and file acomplaint against him u/s 138 NI Act if he doest pay the amount.
Consult a lawyer to draft a legal notice for you.
