my friend intamilnadu he buy a citibank card in 1998 total outstaing rs10000 only but 2013 cibil indicate rs 4lacs my question how many year bank mention outstating loan 2. bank send any le tter lsat 12year pleasegive way my friend face the cibil

Contact the bank directly and settle the loan on 20 to 30 percent or on principal amount. If you settle it, bank will issue you a NOC and your specification in CIBIL will change. Afterwards you can improve your cibil rating.
