Legal Question in Banking Law in India
my friend was working at Qatar (GCC) and take a loan from a bank....then he went for vacation in india and no plan to comeback to pay the loan... can the law of Qatar reach him in india and bring him again in that country (Qatar)?

Dear Sir / Madam,
Yes, the Qatar Government can request the Indian Government to extradite your friend to be deported from India to be tried in a court hearing in Qatar.
