Legal Question in Banking Law in India
i gave a person two lakh rupees before six months. When i needed money he paid me by cheq which bounced before 10 days. When i told this to him, he prgomised me to pay me in 3 days by cash. But he didn't pay till now. What should i do know?

Send him a legal notice within 30 days of the date of the dishonour of the cheque and demand the payment in 15 days and if he fails to pay in 15 days , file a criminal complaint u/s 138 NI ACT against him to the ACJM/ACMM within 30 days thereafter.
