Legal Question in Banking Law in India
a govt. empoly (salaried) person took a from a bank in 2006 but in 2012 he dead and after the death of that person in 2015 bank officers comes to his home and ask to recover the loan , the loany person has not any type of property , so the family of that person have not any type of assest from loany , now guide what should his family members do ???

If the deceased borrower has left no property, his legal heirs are not liable for the dues of the deceased. If the bank people harass them, they can complain to the police as well as Reserve Bank of India against the concerned bank
