Legal Question in Banking Law in India
My grandmother's Father partitioned the property for six members 40 years ago and at the time of partitioning my grandmother was out of state. So her share alone was deposited in State Bank of India in some kind of bond. Now when we claim to the bank, they are asking what kind bond was used to deposit the property. Totally I know that there are twelve types of bond, but i don't know exactly what kind of bond was used to deposit and also please tell me how to clear that bond. If any of you people know please help me. Its Urgent. Thank you in Advance.

Dear Sir / Madam,
The Bank is not going to entertain you unless you have the copy of the Bond in your possession. You should check whether your grandmother has written a Will to deal with issue.
