Should both the guarantee and omnibus counter gurantee where 100% margin is given to be stamped?

Margin or no margin has nothing to do with the requirement of stamping the documents executed. Both the guarantee and counter guarantee documents have to be stamped as per the rates of stamp duty prescribed by the State within which those documents are executed.
