Legal Question in Banking Law in
I am guarantor of OD account. The borrower is not submit b/s and p&L from 2006. not paid interest from june 2008. but decalred NPA ONLY ON 30.10.2010. borrower unable to pay. i give my house property as security. loan amount is 8.5 lacs and as per ledger 9.01 lacs. but demanded to pay nearly 12.5 lacs. what can i do
