Legal Question in Banking Law in India

Hai,

I working in axis bank past 4years I have given my resignation on 15th of Dec 2014.as my father is not well as per staff rules senior employee has to serve for 90days and if any case he has to serve for 30days and waiver of notice period approval is required from cluster and circle head and employee has to pay 2months basic salary as I have already agree to pay my basic but my cluster head is not giving me any approval as he knows every thing about my father and circle head is agree to give the approval but he is waiting for cluster approval and I spoke to him he is telling me to speak to circle sales head I spoke to him but he is not listening to me and he is asking my father medical report and I had already given but its 10days gone but no reply every day I am going to head office to know what is happening but they are saying we will reply you tell me what to should I send them a legal notice

Dear Sir / Madam,

If you still in employment with Axis Bank till date, you have already served 30 days notice period with the Bank. Besides your father's ill health, the important issue is for Axis Bank to give you your full and final settlement. You should send an email to your cluster head copied to your circle head and your circle sales head requesting them to deduct the remaining 60 days notice pay (basic salary only) from your full and final settlement and give you a service certificate.
