Legal Question in Banking Law in India
I am hdfc bank dedaulter.i received a Notice of demand on behalf of HDFC Bank Ltd for payment of the outstanding amount. I'm not in financial state to pay back this amount right now. for which they are claiming they will raise an 405,406 and 420 against me. Please suggest me what should I do. I'm very tensed.

Dear Sir / Madam,
If you are hapless and cannot settle your outstanding dues, the only other alternative before you is to let the law take its own course.
