Legal Question in Banking Law in India

Hi,

I have HDFC credit card which is on my wife's name. and I'm unable to pay the amount. So After 1 month, HDFC started to calling for payment. HDFC said to me for pay the minimum due amount. . the way of talking of that was very rude. He was using very bed language. He was talking with me and my wife like a hoods. Now I have paid minimum due amount but I am very scared with this. Was it a legal action ? Can I do anything against this? I am very frustrated.

Dear Sir / Madam,

If the card is in the name of your wife, she has to pay the dues and not you. So. if you still believe and you and your wife that you should discontinue your business relationship with HDFC, pay up and settle the latest dues and close the banking relationship with HDFC,
