Legal Question in Banking Law in
I have heard that we did not need succession certificate in case investment is of Rs 100000. If so then where i can find more info about succession certificate. Also 100000 Rs limit is on one company or for whole investment?

sir, law does not, as such, provide this limit. the limit depends upon the company, bank or institution with which the investment has been made. it is up to them. But, so far as law of succession is concerned it mandates the need of succession certificate irrespective of the value of securities.
