Legal Question in Banking Law in Pakistan
Hi,
A bill of exchange based on collection document drawn on drawee, but endorsed as Pay to the order of any bank or trust company.
In these cases, we further present our draft in favour of drawee.
Please advice whether there is a need for the bill of exchange to be drafted from our side and presented to the drawee?
