Legal Question in Banking Law in India
Hi,Actualy we r doing ecommerce bussines in that we got a problem,One of my customer he is from usa and he buy on product its around 3lakhs and my gateway person was hdfc bank and he saying which transaction done by usa clinet he is not a genuiene person pls stop the product dont send him,but we realsed product through courier,what i have to do am unable to understand so pls suggest me.

Dear Sir / Madam.
HDFC Bank has only to inform you whether the payment has been realized or not. You ought to have couriered the product to the customer after money receipt confirmation from the Bank. Now, you can only follow up with the customer to release your payment.
