Legal Question in Banking Law in Pakistan
hi,
can a check dishonour case be files if original cheque (that was dishonoured) is misplaced somewhere. I lost the cheque actually buy I have phtocopy of that cheque and internet banking statement that shows the cheque was dishonoured? Can i file case on this basis without original cheque?
