Legal Question in Banking Law in India

Hi,

My brother took loan in 2006 under Pradhan Mantri scheme, SBI. Now he is 100% disabled and bed ridden. He have the 100% permanent disability certificate.

Now SBI people have block the same amount from my father's account. SBI people say that you (father) is guardian and you will have to pay it/

Please help what can be done in this.

1) Discuss with the Bank and explain ur position.

2) Also represent to the Higher Officials the situation as well

to the Office of The Chief Commissioner for Persons with Disabilities
