Legal Question in Banking Law in India
Hi
My father was working in nationalosed bank he died in January 2016.
I was previously working in a private bank and I was being dismissed from the bank due to some mal practices running in that branch. Neither any police complaint was filed against me or any other staff.
Now we have asked to one union at secretary level about the same they adviced us if there is no crmininal records against the candidate and after conducting the police verification they can consider my application.
Please suggest me what should I do...

Dear Sir / Madam,
If there are no investigations initiated and pending against you by the Bank, it is implied that you have been wrongly dismissed from service, and you are eligible for reappointment in the Bank. You should submit an application for reinstatement of service to the Bank.
