Legal Question in Banking Law in India
Hi,
My grandfather took a loan against land to construct a commercial property from shamrao vitthal bank in maharashtra in 1980, the loan were paid off but the document of the land was not taken back by my grandfather!!
I have some documents of loan
Can i do anything now since its too late and its our negligence

Dear Sir / Madam,
Although a lot of time may have elapsed, you are legally entitled to request the Bank to handover the original property documents since you have repaid and settled the loan.
