Legal Question in Banking Law in India
Hi,
My husband owns a auction property now he wants to sale but the buyer is planning to take a loan on that property for that the banker is asking for a letter about that property saying that there is no pending amount for that property and there wont be any problems facing in future from the bank where we buyed the propert but our banker is not giving the letter so could you please suggest us an advice how to do it . please it is little bit urgent for sale

If you have purchased in auction, then the Bank / Financial institution should issue a certificate to that effect. Ask from then to do so.
