Legal Question in Banking Law in India
I had taken housing loan of 560000, in the year 2003, i have defaulted bank loan for some months amounting to rs.26000, and its said its in NPA, and they have sent a notice that they will advertise and put my property on auction. What do i need to do. I am ready to pay the money, but I need time for the same.
