Hi ,
my husband placed 20 lakhs on my name as fixed deposit and i am on the sole owner, can i claim the money to be mine even though the source of the income is not me?

Only on the FD application signed by you if the FD receipt has been issued in your sole name, you can claim the money whether or not you have no such income to deposit.
