Legal Question in Banking Law in India
Some one ICICI Bank credit card persons asking to I have to pay 12 years old credit card payment what should I do in this matter I did not know about my past credit card details nothing and dont have idea.

The limitation is only 3 years so demand of any amount prior to 3 years is not tenable.
