in india, whether seller of a property ask bank of purchaser to stop his home loan so that he could not get assistence?

Dear Sir / Madam,
NO. The Seller being interested in settlement of the full "purchase consideration" for the property by the Purchaser, I see no reason why the Seller of the property should ask the Purchaser's bank to stop the Purchaser's home loan, which in turn could get the Seller into unwarranted serious trouble.

No, he has no right to prevent the purchaser from getting a bank loan.
