Legal Question in Banking Law in
I have never been issue any credit card from any bank. But now ICICI Bank seize my account and saying that credit card has been issued to me and all details of credit card matches with my personal details so I have to pay the amount. But I have not issued any credit card.

You might be a victim of fraud. Some body must have used your details and documents and got the card issued.
Or there is a serious mistake on the part of the bank .
