Legal Question in Banking Law in India
Hi.. I have issued a cheque to my friend who has been treating me...to pay concept fee back. I have sold one business concept to him after 6 months he started asking his money back. There was no contact. He used my concept for 6 months. One day he came to my home asked me to give his money back and making non sense at my residential place. So I have issued a cheque. And stopped cheques.

If you face a demand, from him, reply that the cheque was not issued in discharge of any debt and face the prosecution, if one is filed later by the payee, with the assistance of local lawyer.
