Legal Question in Banking Law in India
I had issued a cheque but by mistake i had done my new post-marriage signature on it and the receiver has also submitted the same in her bank. I realised it next day that i had done my post-marriage signature and went to my bank to get my pre-marriage signature updated to new signature in my bank account. Can you please how and when i will get to know when my cheque is either cleared or bounced? And what further corrective action i can take in this case.

Dear Madam / Sir,
Without worrying whether your cheque gets cleared or is returned back uncleared by the Bank, you should complete your Know Your Customer (KYC) formalities with your Bank today.
Regards,
