Dear Sir / Madam,
Jane has a legal birthright to live at her mother's place during the two years of separation from her husband. She had done so at the insistence of her mother. so her mother cannot legally dispossess Jane from her maternal house. Relevant local case laws will be provided only after we are appointed and engaged as the legal counsel to represent the matter.
