Legal Question in Banking Law in Pakistan
I have a joint bank account with my wife. I want my wife to be able to operate this account without any hinderance after my death. How may I make this possible?

its more of banks administrative mater as yet, since both of the joint operators are alive. it is advisable to contact the bank for this , may be under special instructions regarding an account you can appraise them about you intention.
