Legal Question in Banking Law in India
hi law guru..i want to know that whether i can give a bearer cheque of 7,50,000 to person Mr.X so that he can withdraw cash on counter..and whether he should be accompanied by me...?...keeping in mind that it is not a self cheque nor its crossed (i.e pay Mr. X) ...and his name should have an entry in my passbook
