Legal Question in Banking Law in Pakistan
What laws and regulations govern period of 6 months related to validity of cheques ???
I concerned Negotiable Instrument Acts, 1881 but no time period mentioned in the act, rather "reasonable time" was mentioned. Can you please quote me the source of 6 months you mentioned ?
