Legal Question in Banking Law in United Arab Emirates
When I left UAE last May 2010 I have an outstanding balance of 4,000DHS in my credit card. I called Mashreq last year to ask my account balance since I left they told me 32,000 DHS now. I don't have money as big as 32,000 to pay the bank.I wanna enter UAE again but afraid I'll get in prison
What can I do? Please help

Dear Sir / Madam,
You should ask Mashreq Bank to justify their claim of DHS 32,000/- Tell them that you are willing to settle the renegotiated reasonable dues from the salary that you earn when you work again in the UAE.
Regards,
