Legal Question in Banking Law in India
In a legal case between party-"A" and B, if Party "A" won the case against Party "B" and The Order passed By the Court directly not efected to the Paty -"B" but, it will efect the Party "C" then; in that case if Paty "B" has to fullfil some Obligation of Party-"C" Can in the light of the Order passed by the Court allows Paty-"B" not to fulfill the obligations of Party-"C"
