Dear Sir / Madam,
Certain finer aspects followed in Court documentation are to retain their sanctity. The choice is yours. You can use A4 size paper and get it franked with the value of stamps, which is an alternative option in addition to the modus operandi of affixing adhesive Court fee stamps on the documents or purchase of non-judicial stamp paper for legal documentation.
Regards,
It is required to use full, scape (legal size) paper as per Civil Rules
Of practice of the High Court and Supreme Court Rules of Practice
