Legal Question in Banking Law in India
i had taken a loan from aadri infin limited of 50000 i had payed 23000 and i am unable to pay balance amount the bank had send me summon to come ahemadabad but i am from ghaziabad so i am unable to go there what can i do to settle my loan without any legal action

Dear Sir / Madam,
With online banking, you need not go to Amdavad to repay and settle your loan amount. You can repay and settle the balance outstanding amount from Ghaziabad (UP) itself, by effecting a direct National Electronic Funds Transfer (NEFT) / Real Time Gross Settlement (RTGS) of the net outstanding dues owed to the finance Company, from your Bank in Ghaziabad to the Company's Bank A/c and informing them accordingly.
