Legal Question in Banking Law in India
I take loan from credit card sbi i was delhi at that time now i am in up and i was not pay my credit card bill due to some finencial problem now 13 year passed now credit card bank calling me. can cc bank claim me after 13 year please suggest me

Yes, you still remain liable to repay and settle your credit card dues to the Bank.
