Legal Question in Banking Law in India
I took a loan and gave them a lic policy as a address proof because I am rented men.My home town is in UP I gave them only address without any proof.Is it possible that some one from bank visit to my permanent address or I received any type of letter on that address I dont want my family will involve in this matter.

Dear Sir / Madam.
It is advisable and recommended to give your rented address as the correspondence address to the Bank, The Bank may resort to scrutiny of your native address only in the event of you defaulting in repayment and settlement of the loan availed by you from the Bank.
