Legal Question in Banking Law in India
Is their any way I can lodge a formal protest against a MNC bank for harassing me with marketing calls? I had written a mail to them sometime back, to which they had assured me that my number has been updated on Do not Disturb...calls haven't stopped

immediately complain to the police against the bahk and also complain to your service provider against the offending call. you can also mark a copy to TRAI
