Legal Question in Banking Law in Pakistan
I have lost my signed check of worth rupees 60,000. I am afraid that it could be cashed or crossed. What should i be doing?

immediately inform the bank and ask them to stop payment, in case the cheque is presented in the bank. also immediately file a case in the court restraining the bank for the required relief. do not delay in this regard.
