Legal Question in Banking Law in India
I have made a bank demand draft rs. 3,45000/- on date 05/02/2017 and now it is lost by me so please let me know how can i cancel it ?

Dear Sir / Madam,
You should request the Payee or Beneficiary of the Demand Draft (DD) to issue a No Objection letter addressed to your Bank for issue of a fresh DD in place of the lost DD. The Bank may also insist on you lodging a Police complaint and submitting an Indemnity Bond to the Bank.
