Legal Question in Banking Law in India
Is it mandatory to make stamp duty payment from director's personal bank account in case of personal guarantee (Individual) given by director for loan availed by Company - Harshad Thakkar, Mumbai.

Dear Harshad Thakkar,
If the Memorandum & Articles of Association of the Company and the Board resolution(s) specify this clause, it is mandated on all / any of the Director(s) to comply with the requirement, otherwise not.
