Legal Question in Banking Law in India

My maternal uncle take personal loan in the name of my mother and become guarantor him self and mortgage porpoerty with help of Power of Attorney. But now uncle passed away or dead and loan become default. As mother have no property in her name and she is fully illiterate and power of attorney become void, now bank file case. So what is the possible decision of court in this matter or power of bank. Pl suggest

If your mother has no property, no need to worry. The Bank will draw blank. If on the other hand the property mortgaged belongs to her, defend the case by stating that the power of attorney she has given is invalid, as she was unaware of its contents and your uncle has committed a fraud. Better engage an Advocate to defend the case for your mother and don't expect any worthwhile result by putting the problem in Law Guru
