Legal Question in Banking Law in India
mera post office me account hai.
mai use cheque book se chalata hu.
meri cheque book khatam ho gai hai, aur post me bhi hafte bhar se cheque book nahi hai.
mere paise hafte bhar se nahi de rahe
hai Maine unhe kaha ke withdrawal slip bharke deta hu par wo kaheta hai ke ye nahi chalata.
to ab mai kya karu cheque book aane tak raah dekhu.
Pata nahi kis gadhe ne ye rule banaya hai ya phir wo zut bol rahe hai ke cheque book ho to withdrawal sleep nahi chalati hai.

Dear Sir / Madam,
Since the Post Office takes around 10-12 days to print your personalized cheque book with your Name printed on each cheque leaflet, you are supposed to fill in the cheque request slip in advance when three to four cheque leaves remain in your existing cheque book, and not wait till the last minute and apply for a new cheque book after all the cheque leaves in the cheque book with you have been utilized. In the absence of a withdrawal slip, you may request the Post Office to give you a few blank cheque leaves which they have to enable you to transact business.
Regards,
