Legal Question in Banking Law in India
meri halat abhi bahut kharab hai mujhe credit card ka payment karna hai but abhi me nahi kar pa raha hu mujhe use se bahar nikalana hai how to possible aur mera vheicle bhi finance vale le gaye hai wo chudvana hai par abhi mere pass paise nahi haai how possible pls advice

First obtain bank statement and verify ur entries are all in order.
Discuss with the bank and go for one time settlement or instalments if they agree.

Aap Bank say karja chukaanay ka waqt paa saktay ho lekin paisay diye bagair aur apna karjaa chutktaa kiye bagair tumhay aur koi chaara nahee hai.
