Legal Question in Banking Law in India
by mistake i as a bank officer have transferred money to a wrong account, but that person has withdrawn money. what can i do?

Dear Sir / Madam,
You can issue a legal notice to the wrong account holder to transfer the money wrongly received by him back to the Bank.
