Legal Question in Banking Law in India
by mistake i have given friend's HDFC check with my signature , i didn't notice the account number .. so is there any charges for this ?? any issue ? if i give my check now ??

Dear Sir / Madam,
The cheque is a "dud" cheque and there are no charges for this since there is neither any money transfer nor any accounting entries in either bank. Your friend who is the account holder should write a simple letter to the Bank informing them of the error requesting return of the cheque and you can issue your cheque in its place.
